How does your pricing compare to the BMW dealer?
We prepare an estimate for the work your BMW needs. Price depends on the diagnosis, parts and labour involved. Share your vehicle details and any existing written estimate so we can compare the scope.
Can you diagnose a BMW check engine light?
Yes. We use ISTA+ diagnostics alongside inspection and testing to investigate the warning. Share the exact message, when it appears and any running symptoms. We discuss the diagnostic scope and charge before proceeding.
Do you tune M cars?
We accept BMW M tuning enquiries and confirm software compatibility, ECU access and supporting hardware for the exact car. Start with our BMW ECC tuning page and send the model year, engine, fuel and existing modifications. Some ECU work is completed in-house and some requires a mail-in process; confirm the route and timing before booking.
What if my BMW needs a part you do not have in stock?
We check the specific part and supplier availability, then discuss sourcing and timing with you. Delivery depends on the part and stock status; confirm availability before planning your visit.
Do you offer pickup, drop-off, or shuttle service?
Yes. We arrange local pickup and drop-off within Kitchener-Waterloo for most service visits and have shuttle service available during your appointment so you do not have to wait at the shop. Mention it when you book and we will set it up.
What does my BMW service-due reminder mean?
Condition Based Service identifies maintenance items for your BMW. Send a photo of the service screen, the mileage and your last service invoice so we can identify what is due. A service reset records completed work; it does not replace the work or diagnose a warning light.
Can I book BMW brake or suspension repairs?
Yes. Describe any noise, vibration, warning message or change in braking or ride quality. We assess the concern and discuss the parts and labour needed before repair approval. Mention recent wheel, tire or suspension changes when booking.
