Which Ferrari models can be converted?
The Modena Lucerna kit supports the Ferrari 360 (Modena, Spider, Challenge Stradale) and the Ferrari F430 (Coupe, Spider, Scuderia, 16M). Both right-hand-drive and left-hand-drive variants. We do not currently convert the 458 / 488 / F8 platforms — those use a different transmission architecture entirely.
How much horsepower do I gain?
The conversion is about reliability, authenticity, and driving experience — not horsepower. Net torque to the wheels is essentially unchanged. What changes is how the car shifts and how it feels in your hands.
What happens to the F1 system after conversion?
Removed and replaced. The F1 transmission’s hydraulic actuator, TCU, paddles, and clutch wear-prone components all come out. The gearbox itself stays — what changes is how you operate it.
Does the conversion affect resale value?
It depends on the buyer. Many Ferrari collectors actively seek out converted manual 360s and F430s and pay a premium for them — gated manual Ferraris are increasingly rare. Some originalists prefer to keep the F1. Talk to us if resale is a primary concern.
How long does the installation take?
