1. general

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please note that all software sales are final and non-refundable.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@foreignautomotive.ca. Returns must be approved and sent to the address we provide; any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@foreignautomotive.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

3. exchanges

All exchanges must be approved by our team prior to being sent back. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@foreignautomotive.ca with your order details.

 

Please note that all approved exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

 

Items sent back for exchange without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

If any restocking fees or return shipping costs apply, these will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that all software sales are final and are not eligible for refunds.
