Porsche issued an engine-replacement campaign for the early 991 GT3. [1]
Obtain the campaign record and engine replacement documentation. This historic issue does not establish the same defect in a 991.2 or 992.
GT3 with active drivetrain mounts
Failure analysis documents sensor faults within some active drivetrain mounts. [2]
Confirm that the vehicle has PADM and read its specific faults. Separate sensor, wiring and mechanical mount problems rather than treating every vibration as the same failure.
991 GT3; use the correct procedure for other generations
Porsche distinguishes measured oil consumption from assumptions based on the level display. [3]
Record distance and actual top-up quantity. A low level needs attention, but one reading does not prove internal engine damage.

Request measurements, underside inspection and a review of track history. Confirm steel or PCCB brakes and inspect centre-lock hardware using the correct service procedure.
