Will using an independent shop void my Audi factory warranty?
No. Canadian consumer law protects your right to service your vehicle at a qualified independent shop without voiding the factory warranty, as long as the work is done to manufacturer specification and proper records are kept. We document everything to that standard.
How does your pricing compare to the Audi dealer?
Always lower. Typical customer savings run from 25% up to 60% or more versus the local Audi dealer, depending on the job. Same OEM parts (or OE-quality equivalents like Bosch, Mahle, Bilstein, Lemforder), faster turnaround within the week instead of two to three weeks out, and we do not push add-on work the car does not need.
Can you do carbon cleaning on TFSI engines?
Yes. Carbon buildup on the intake valves is the most common issue on direct-injection Audis (1.8T, 2.0T, 3.0T). We walnut-blast the intake ports, replace the PCV components, and document the before/after. Most cars regain 15-25 hp of lost output.
Do you tune RS and S cars?
RS and S cars are one of our specialties. We work with APR, Unitronic, and JB4 software on EA888, EA839, and EA855 engines. Stage 1, Stage 2, and full custom dyno tuning available, with Akrapovic / Milltek exhaust and supporting mods done in-house.
What if my Audi needs a part you do not have in stock?
We have parts sourcing relationships with Audi dealer networks across North America and Europe, plus FCP Euro and ECS Tuning for high-quality aftermarket. For rare or backordered parts we typically locate within 48 hours.
Do you offer pickup, drop-off, or shuttle service?
Yes. We arrange local pickup and drop-off within Kitchener-Waterloo for most service visits and have shuttle service available during your appointment so you do not have to wait at the shop. Mention it when you book and we will set it up.
