Will using an independent shop void my VW factory warranty?
Tell us about any remaining warranty before booking. Coverage depends on its terms and the work involved. Keep your service records and check the applicable requirements with your warranty provider.
How does your pricing compare to the VW dealer?
We prepare an estimate for the work your Volkswagen needs. Price depends on the diagnosis, parts and labour involved. Share your vehicle details and any existing written estimate so we can compare the scope.
Do you tune GTI, Golf R, and Jetta GLI?
Yes. Performance VWs are one of our specialties. We work with APR, Unitronic, and Revo on EA888 (1.8T / 2.0T TSI), Stage 1 through Stage 3 plus DSG / S-tronic tuning. Milltek and AWE exhaust install and IS38 turbo upgrades done in-house.
Can you do timing chain work on TSI engines?
Yes. We diagnose timing-chain concerns on applicable TSI engines and quote the components and labour supported by the findings. The engine version and condition determine the repair scope; a startup noise alone does not confirm which part has failed.
Do you do TDI service and emissions repair?
Yes. We work on all common-rail TDI engines: EA189, EA288, and the V6 TDI in Touareg. EGR, DPF, AdBlue, intake cleaning — full diagnostic and repair, with ODIS documentation.
Do you offer pickup, drop-off, or shuttle service?
Yes. We arrange local pickup and drop-off within Kitchener-Waterloo for most service visits and have shuttle service available during your appointment. Mention it when you book.
