Do you do Mercedes Service A and Service B in Kitchener?
Yes. We perform Service A and Service B to factory specification using genuine Mercedes-Benz fluids and filters or OE-quality equivalents. The service indicator gets reset and we provide a written record of what was done so your service history stays complete.
What Mercedes models do you work on?
Every current Mercedes-Benz on the road. Modern: C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, CLA, CLS, GLA, GLB, GLC, GLE, GLS, G-Class, Maybach, Sprinter, Metris, SL, AMG GT, and EQ electric models. AMG variants from C43 through the GT Black Series. For vehicles older than 25 years, reach out with the details and we will let you know if we are a fit.
Will using an independent shop void my factory warranty?
No. Canadian consumer law protects your right to service your vehicle at a qualified independent shop without voiding the factory warranty, as long as the work is done to manufacturer specification and proper records are kept. We document everything to that standard.
How does your pricing compare to the Mercedes-Benz dealer?
Always lower. Typical customer savings run from 25% up to 60% or more versus the local Mercedes-Benz dealer, depending on the job. Same OEM parts (or OE-quality equivalents like Bosch, Mahle, Bilstein, Lemforder), faster turnaround within the week instead of two to three weeks out, and we do not push add-on work the car does not need.
Can you diagnose a Mercedes check engine light?
Yes. We run full diagnostics with the Mercedes-Benz XENTRY STAR system, which reads codes and live data that generic OBD-II scanners cannot. The diagnostic fee gets credited toward the repair if you proceed with the work.
Do you service AMG cars?
AMG is one of our specialties. We work on the M156 6.2L V8, M157 5.5L biturbo V8, M177 4.0L biturbo V8, M178 4.0L biturbo V8 (AMG GT), M133 turbo four (CLA45, A45), and the older M113K supercharged V8. ECU tuning, exhaust upgrades, suspension, and brake work are all done in-house.
What if my Mercedes needs a part you do not have in stock?
We have parts sourcing relationships with Mercedes-Benz dealer networks across North America and Europe. For rare or backordered parts, we typically locate within 48 hours. AMG-specific parts often need three to seven days for delivery.
Do you offer pickup, drop-off, or shuttle service?
Yes. We arrange local pickup and drop-off within Kitchener-Waterloo for most service visits and have shuttle service available during your appointment so you do not have to wait at the shop. Mention it when you book and we will set it up.
