Will using an independent shop void my Porsche factory warranty?
No. Canadian consumer law protects your right to service your vehicle at a qualified independent shop without voiding the factory warranty, as long as the work is done to manufacturer specification and proper records are kept. We document everything to PIWIS standard.
How does your pricing compare to the Porsche dealer?
Always lower. Typical customer savings run from 25% up to 60% or more versus the local Porsche dealer, depending on the job. Same Mobil 1 0W-40 ESP oil, same OEM parts, faster turnaround within the week, no surprise add-ons at pickup.
Can you do PDK fluid and filter service?
Yes. PDK service is a critical maintenance item that the dealer often quotes thousands for. We perform it to factory procedure with genuine Porsche fluid and a new filter, with PIWIS-documented record. Cayman, Boxster, 911, and Panamera all welcome.
Do you do track-day prep?
Yes. Corner balance, brake fluid flush, fresh pads, full alignment, tire pressures and torque-to-spec — track-prep is one of our specialties. Bring the car a few days before your event and we will turn it around in time.
What if my Porsche needs a rare part you do not have in stock?
We have parts sourcing relationships with Porsche dealer networks across North America and Europe, plus Suncoast, Sunset, and Pelican Parts for select aftermarket. For rare or GT-specific parts we typically locate within 48 hours to a week.
Do you offer pickup, drop-off, or shuttle service?
Yes. We arrange local pickup and drop-off within Kitchener-Waterloo for most service visits and have shuttle service available during your appointment. Mention it when you book.
