Vossen Wheels was born in 2006 in Miami, Florida, when a small team of enthusiasts decided the wheel industry needed a fresh perspective on what a luxury performance wheel could look like. The Hybrid Forged series uses an OEM-grade flow-formed manufacturing process to deliver true forged-wheel weight and strength at a more accessible price point. The full Forged series — Series 17 spoked and Evolution mesh designs — is monoblock-forged from billet aluminum. Every wheel is built to a specific vehicle application: hub-centric, load-rated, and available in finishes ranging from brushed and polished to gloss, satin, and signature anodized colours.

What's the difference between Vossen Hybrid Forged and Forged?

Hybrid Forged (HF Series) uses a flow-forming manufacturing process that delivers about 90% of the strength and weight benefits of full forged at a more accessible price point. Forged Series 17 and Evolution Series are full monoblock forged wheels — pressed and machined from a single billet of aluminum, lighter and stronger, with substantially more design and finish options. Both are excellent. The decision usually comes down to budget and how aggressive a fitment you want.

Will Vossens fit my car? How does fitment work?

Fitment depends on offset, backspace, hub-bore, and lug pattern relative to your specific vehicle (and any modifications like coilovers, big-brake kits, or fender mods). We do a free fitment consultation before you order — tell us your car, modifications, and the look you want, and we'll spec the exact wheel size, offset, and tire to make it work without rubbing or poking issues.

Do Vossen wheels come with TPMS sensors?

Stock Vossens don't include TPMS sensors. We supply and install OEM-spec sensors with every wheel set, programmed to your vehicle so the dash light goes away the moment you drive off our lot. Sensor cost is included in our standard mount-and-balance package.

Are Vossen wheels load-rated for SUVs and trucks like the Range Rover or G-Wagon?

Yes — Vossen produces specific load-rated SKUs for SUV and truck applications. We'll never spec a wheel to a vehicle it's not rated for. If you're putting Vossens on a Range Rover SVR, G63, Cayenne Turbo, or similar, we use the HF-Truck/Sport line or the appropriately load-rated forged options.

What finishes are available?

Vossen offers over 200 finish options across the Hybrid Forged and Forged ranges — including gloss black, satin black, gloss silver, brushed, polished, anodized brass, gloss bronze, satin bronze, two-tone, and full custom paint matching to your car. The Forged Series can also be ordered in fully custom colours with a 6-8 week build lead time.

What's the warranty?

Vossen offers a 1-year structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty on all wheels. Hybrid Forged carries a lifetime structural warranty against manufacturing defects. We'll handle warranty claims through Vossen on your behalf if anything ever comes up.

Can you refinish or repair my Vossens if I curb them?

Yes — we have an in-house wheel refinishing service. Curb rash, light gouges, and finish wear can usually be repaired without sending the wheel back to Vossen. For severe damage we'll source a replacement through our authorized dealer relationship.

Do you serve customers outside Kitchener-Waterloo?

Absolutely. We ship Vossens Canada-wide and a large share of our installation customers come from Cambridge, Guelph, Hamilton, Burlington, Mississauga, Oakville, Toronto, and across the GTA. Wheel and tire packages are best installed by a shop that does this work daily — we balance with care, set TPMS properly, and torque to spec, every time.
